Review: I take these pills a few times a week when I’m feeling bloated, sluggish. They really do help. They give a burst of energy and just ups your spirit so you don’t feel sluggish. I have never had any adverse reactions. I drink a lot of water daily, so it helps to continue while taking these. Price is right. Review: I love these I think they work great. I do recommend if you have a busy day if you can’t get away to a bathroom often do not take them. A definitely can tell a day that I’ve taken them I constantly have to go pee versus not taking them. I know they’re working because my rings go on and off my fingers so much easier and my shoes feel better when you’re feet Feel good your whole body feels good. Definitely worth the money

Title: First time use-Awesome
Review: I often feel bloated. I exercise almost daily with HIIT workouts and some strength training-but I still feel like things could be better. I think I read some article about suggestions of how to reduce the bloated feeling and one of the ways was taking water pills. I never thought of that and figured it was worth a try-especially when I found these on Amazon for very little cost. I was super excited to try them. I took 2 before dinner. Towards the end of dinner I felt better than ever-I was energetic (apparently due to the added caffeine) and felt lighter and my stomach didnât feel distended as much. The next day I took two pills upon waking up. That day I had lower stomach issues-which I contributed to the pills. I continued taking them-but didnât experience the energeticness but it still helped me feel not bloated. I thought these pills would make me pee more-but they didnât. I googled that and saw that they can cause kidney and or liver damage-if you donât notice increased urination. Thatâs when I stopped taking them.
