Title: Great phone for elderly
Review: Very simple installation, great button use and speaker phone option with one button touch activation. Did not go quite as loud as needed by my mother for speaker phone but hand set volume was good. The blinking red light works great for incoming call reminder.

Title: decent large landline phone for my dad
Review: Purchased this phone for my elderly father who lives in assisted living period. He has hearing, speech, grip, and mobility issues that affect his ability to use a telephone without assistance. The phone has a speaker phone for a hands free option and this is particularly helpful for conference calls. There are 3 memory buttons you can set up to program 3 different numbers for one button push dial. This makes it really easy for my dad to call us if he needs anything in case he forgets our number. When we received the phone we followed the instructions and registered it. When we went to set up the phone we made a mistake without knowing it and plugged the handset into the outjack on the back of the phone. For some reason we completely missed the handset Jack on the side of the phone. Needless to say we didn’t get the phone to work and we were very frustrated. The next day I had resigned myself to purchase a different phone when customer service from HePesTer phone reached out to me via text to ask me how it went with. The installation of the phone. I told them that we couldn’t get the phone to work and I thought it was defective. They responded with some troubleshooting things to try to see if we could get the phone to work. I was certain I had done everything right? The first time and was reluctant to try but I did anyway. Needless to say when I Followed the customer service reps (THANK YOU, Peggy!) suggestions that’s when I discovered the jack for the handset on the side of the phone. I was embarrassed about being such a dimwit. But I was extremely happy that the phone was now working and I didn’t have to get a new one after all. My dad absolutely loves the phone it’s easy for him to use. I would recommend this phone for anyone.

Title: Very nice phone for seniors
Review: The speaker volume is loud and clear. The headset volume is also clear. The bigger buttons are good. It could get a 5 star except the wall mount is not evenly level so I have to place additional padding to make it level.

Title: Died after one month of use
Review: I got this for my 89 year old father who is hard of hearing for Christmas. It seemed perfect. He could hear the loud ring and then talk on the phone again! It was loud and clear. Then it stopped working, at first intermittently – then dead. It took a phone technician to come out and diagnose it because it didn’t seem like it could be the phone (he thought it was the phone line). He now has his old one plugged back in. I need to see what kind of warranty information there is directly. Otherwise, it’s going in the trash.

Title: Great for handicap use
Review: Phone was purchased for an 88-year-old handicapped woman who has vision impairment for which the large buttons and easy contrast of numbers against background make it easy to use. Also, there aren’t a lot of extra features to get in the way of simply picking up the phone and dialing a number and talking. Her old phone had dozens of functions that were activated by pressing one of the keys and it made it almost impossible for her to use the phone because other functions were called into play preventing her from using the phone. It’s simple to use, straight forward, has a loud ring. Really likes it.

Review: Yes it works, so I will list my likes.Large number buttons, has speaker phone.Dislikes – speaker phone isn’t very loud, (memory dial buttons) there should be more and should be larger with spot for name and pictures that would sure help senior’s with memory problems!!!

Title: Cheaply made phone
Review: There is a lot of static when you’re on a call. I have been trying to troubleshoot this since I purchased the phone by buying a new receiver cord and new cord to plug into the wall. It seems fixed one day and horrible the next. This phone is for my mother who lives in a nursing home. Her friends have called me and told me they can’t talk on the phone with my mom because the static is so loud they can’t hear her. I have experienced the same. I want to return this phone and it says I am past the return date. Can you help me please.

The red easy to see conveniently located 911 button.3. The ability to increase the speaking volume of callers.4. The in use light indicator that shows if the phone is properly hung up.5. The flashing red light for incoming calls.6. The large number buttons that are easy to see and use with arthritic hands.The only feature mom would have liked to have that the phone doesn’t have would be if the in use indicator light would show if another phone connected to the same landline was in use so she would know someone in the house was on the phone. The customer service is excellent! The company was very receptive, kind and professional when answering our questions. They really wanted to help mom be able to use the phone. My family really wanted to find a phone that mom was comfortable and confident in using and this was the one for her.

Review: Purchased this phone for my father how is in a nursing home. received the phone just as COVID-19 hit and was not able to get the phone to him for a while. Finally when I got the phone to him he plugged it in and it would not work. There was no ring tone, could not dial out or rec calls. a piece of junk. tried to return the phone but couldn’t because it had gone pass the return date. Tried to call to explain what was happening but that turned out to be a challenge in it’s self. never did get through to talk to some one about the phone.

Review: Good phone, my Mom is almost blind and wears a hearing aid and she can hear it ring no problem.The volume on the handset is good but not as clear as one may like – decent but not crystal clear.And the cord (from handset to phone) could be a little longer.While she’s still testing it out, over-all, I think it’s a good product.
