Title: Cheaply made, but very pretty lit up
Review: I have to admit I was a bit disappointed when I first removed these stackable presents from the box. Theyâre basically thin metal supports in a cube shape wrapped with clear garland and they were losing glitter and bits of pine cone all over the place. Assembly was easy as a small metal post in one corner of the top box fits into the hole located at the corner of the next box down and so on until the final post is inserted into the center of the base box. The decorations stick on with Velcro. Once itâs all together and the lights are on, I forgot my disappointment. It is beautiful and would make for a nice statement piece in the corner of a foyer or hall as you enter a house. It could look nice on a porch too as long as it doesnât see weather. There is a timer for the lights on the plugâjust push in the button so it lights green and it will stay on for six hours and off for eighteen. My biggest issue was the bottom box came damaged with some of the wires bent and one wire broken so my stack of presents tend to spin around to lean toward the broken side and starts to topple so Iâll have to work on that.
