
Chiropractors use 3 directions (extension, rotation, or flexion) to release the lower mid-back. Different people need different techniques. So, in this video I show you how you can gently and safely release your own mid-back in each of these directions.
Just remember to avoid the main cause of (lower) mid back tightness… sitting in a slumped, rounded position in a chair, sofa, or sitting in bed (which is terrible for your mid-back!)
