Title: Perfect
Review: I purchased the Jabra hearing aids based on the 100-day return policy and positive reviews on Amazon and other review sites. It turned out to be a great decision. I’ve been wearing them full time for two months now, and they work great. I don’t have any problems with excessive noise or with hearing beeps or conversations. They have several settings and “programs” for controlling noise levels while being able to hear what’s important to me, I included some screen shots of the app. After a couple of weeks, I had a virtual meeting with the audiologist, who made some adjustments that I downloaded and updated to the aids. That update was a huge improvement. Since then, I’ve met with him again and have another appointment scheduled for next week. The customer support is great, and anytime I feel like something is wrong, I can contact them, and they will send me an adjustment if that’s what’s needed for the next three years. These hearing aids are great, versatile, and best of all, I can adjust them immediately through the app for any environment I’m in at the moment. Based on my experience, I highly recommend these aids and this company.

Title: LISTEN UP…THESE ARE WORTH IT!!!
Review: I have worn hearing aides for 42 of my 47 years on this earth. I have bought many…many pairs of hearing aides, amplifiers, headphones, and bluetooth devices. I have bought hearing aides over the internet, gone to a hearing aide seller, and also been to an ear nose and throat doctor. THESE ARE THE EASIEST, MOST CONVENIENT, BEST VALUE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. For reference my hearing level is severe, so I only hear at about 35-40% in both ears.My last hearing aide purchase was in 2020, through a hearing aide vendor. I spend $4000 for a pair of rechargeable fairly well respected aides…that wore out their charge in only 3.5 years. hence why I bought these.Jabra is a well known bluetooth and headset company. I was skeptical about hearing aides since the FDA deregulated and you can get them easier. I was skeptical about the price and the quality. I was skeptical if they would work with my hearing level and if I’d need to go get a physical hearing test.ALL OF MY SKEPTICISM IS GONE.The hearing aides come fully charged. The case is not fully charged but does not take long at all to charge. The case holds DAYS of charge. I wear hearing aides for 16-18 hours a day. The fact that my case is charging my hearing aides without them plugged into the wall IS A HUGE CONVENIENCE. The case also has a mag seal so the aides are well protected. THE CASE IS NOT WATERPROOF (which would be nice but it’s not a dealbreaker.)The recommendation is to download the app and take the hearing test on the app. Not everyone has noise cancelling headphones and this will determine how the hearing aides are programmed. If you have a physical printout of a hearing test you can scan this and email it to the audiologist as well and they will adjust the hearing aide remotely. I highly recommend an in person hearing test via an ear nose and throat physician or audiologist if you have never had one. If you have not had a recent hearing test but have had one in the last 2 years you may be able to suffice using the hearing test on the app.I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW AMAZING IT IS TO HAVE AN AUDIOLOGIST UPDATE YOUR HEARING AIDES. Most hole in the wall mall plaza hearing aide shops have a “hearing specialist” that is not an audiologist…they follow prompts and use computer programs and most people have to go back and forth for their hearing aides to be adjusted.I had planned to send my last hearing test but didn’t have the time so I took the app hearing test. I got a new program dowloaded to my aides within 12 hours to an improvement in sound quality.Then I worked and lived life for a week to get an idea of what further sound adjustments I’d need. I sent another request via the Jabra App to the audiologist. The Jabra program and audiologist support is so fast and so responsive I was blown away. My second adjustment came within 72 hours.The videos and orientation that come with the hearing aides is clear and concise. I have a 3 year warranty and audiologist support which is SO IMPORTANT.These are such a good value and a good product. I will update in 3 months.

Title: BUYER BEWARE – BE SURE YOU WANT THESE AND THEY WILL WORK FOR YOU OR YOU ARE STUCK!
Review: IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR I WOULD HAVEBefore purchasing these, I did a fair amount of research online, and took the hearing test at the Jabra website. My issue with hearing is only in noisy background situations, like a restaurant. Thought I would give these a try. On the Jabra site they advertise that you have 100 days to evaluate and get consultations with audiologists, basically as needed. My first consultation resulted in a “tweak” to the hearing aid program, which did not do the job. On my second consultation I was ready to return the hearing aids for a refund. The audiologist suggested that I try some more, made an additional “tweak” to the software and told me that our next session, would still be within the 100 day allowance to return if I did not feel that the hearing aids were working to my satisfaction. About 2 weeks later, and still 2 weeks before the next scheduled consultation, I decided that I would return the hearing aids. I first tried to contact through the app on my phone. After two queries I got an email response that indicated I had to go through Amazon to return. I went to Amazon and was told that I was beyond the return window! I emailed Jabra support again and was told that if you purchase the hearing aids through a third party – like Amazon or other electronic vendors, you DON’T GET THE 100 DAY ALLOWANCE. I looked at my calendar and my second audiologist appt was within the allowance to return on Amazon, and I had told the audiologist that I was ready to return. Her suggestion was to wait and try longer as the following appointment would be within the 100 days.Now, I understand that she may not have known that I did not purchase through Jabra directly – though I did purchase through the JABRA store on Amazon – to me, that meant i purchased from Jabra as there was no indication that it was a third party.While I have had a number of Jabra products in the past, I would NEVER purchase from Jabra again. I think that their business practices are deceptive and misleading. To have a company professional employee tell me one thing, and then the company not abide by it is, to my thinking a bad business practice.
