Review: So I bought this for Christmas 2023 and by February it was completely unresponsive. No charging, no screen, no sound, nothing.I opened it which is pretty easy. No water damage. Everything inside looked brand new with no damage. So instead of writing a review, I decided to contact the seller for a replacement. Got no reply.So here is my review.Otherwise my daughter “loved” it.Update: They reached out to me and sent me a new updates watch, which was great. I’m giving 4 only because of the inconvenience. But they corrected their mistake with great customer service. Thank you

Review: My daughter loved it until she put it on charge for the 2nd time and it didn’t charge for her. She was very disappointed and upset with it which being 5 I would too. Don’t buy if you want to use it more than 1x.Update; the company reached out to me feeling very sorry for the watch not working for the 2nd charge. They sent me another one free of charge to ensure my daughter has her watch and that it works. They sent not only the watch I ordered but one that is alittle more updated as well. The 2nd watch they sent works like a charm and my daughter absolutely loves it! I would recommend getting this and if there is a problem with the one they send just reach out and they will take care of you to ensure your happy with their products.

Title: Does not last long at ALL!
Review: This watch was delivered to me on February 24th. It’s now April 7th, that’s only about a month and a half or so. My son has used it every day, we’ve followed instructions completely since we opened the box. About a week ago it just completely turned off. It does not turn on AT ALL, just off with a black screen. I’ve reset it, charged it, I’ve done everything and it just DOESN’T WORK. I’m a penny pincher and I don’t spend my money on unnecessary stuff, but my son wanted this so bad so I caved in. I regret it now! Do not waste your money on a product that lasts only one month. I bought this because of the good reviews. I guess I was one of the unfortunate ones who received a dysfunctional watch. It does not give me an option to contact the seller on here and when I tried to reach out to Amazon customer service there’s nothing they can do. Again, do not waste your money. Other than that, if it would actually last long, it would be perfect for kiddos. My son did love it when it did work.Update April 14:The customer service of this seller is amazing. They saw my review and sent me an upgraded replacement watch for my son free of charge. It works great so far and I am grateful because they did not have to do that. Customer service 100000/10!

Title: The Perfect Smart Watch for Kids!!
Review: This watch blew my expectations out of the water when it came to this product. I was expecting just your average simple watch for kids but its way more!! They can count their steps, play games, pictures, videos ect. The kids can change the wallpaper and theme of the watch as well. It’s a wonderful watch, high quality and definitely worth the money!!

Review: Here we have the Cosjoype smartwatch for kids up for review. The watch is black with a rubber black strap. It’s adjustable and easy enough for a child to do on their own. It fits my 10 year olds wrist nicely. It charges with a usb type c wire which is included. Charging is quick and battery is 500mah so it reaches full bars very fast. There are so many different cool features that kids will enjoy from story telling to camera for pictures and videos. It has onboard memory so you don’t need to purchase any sd card or anything like that. The camera quality is decent for the price. Kids can take pics with their friends and upload them onto the computer. It also has a music player and you can upload your music onto the watch. It came with 2 screen protectors and boy am I happy I installed it as soon as we received it. We had a wrist bump onto a steel jungle gym and the screen protector cracked. Thankfully underneath the protector the screen was un touched. I was so relieved and highly recommend anyone buying this to install the screen protector. You can change the background picture from a selection of preset options or you can take a picture and use your picture as the wallpaper. The sound quality of the little speaker built in is quite good and you can hear the story telling stories loud and clear, even in a loud area. There is a pedometer that tracks your child’s steps but in my opinion it isn’t super accurate and over counts the steps by a long shot. I get it, it’s not designed specifically as a watch for working out or tracking steps so for a child it’s fun to have something similar to their parents. The watch looks fantastic! It has a metal frame and it looks like an adult smartwatch at a quick glance. It isn’t waterproof so make sure to take it off during showers or swimming. Overall, I am very pleased with this kids smartwatch and I would buy it again if I was in the market for a replacement.
