Review: Would give it 5 stars but it arrived late, one piece was broken from rough handling during the delivery process (which I don’t fault the company for) and had to wait almost 2 weeks for a replacement part.then two of the bars did not fully snap into place so I had to rig it with some duct tape to hold it together on the bottom. I think maybe those bars were defective or the wrong parts? I’m not seeing anyone else with this issue in the reviews. It’s really cute, comfy, and my daughter loves it.

Title: Wrong Parts and Minimal Support
Review: Product came and the wrong parts were included. Tried 3 different times to make them work. Emailed the company who sent “replacement” parts and they don’t work either. Basically the screw holes don’t align. Essentially we are Dr. Frankenstein-ing the parts to make it work because when we emailed them the second time they were dismissive.One of the buttons on the mattress popped off one week after use. I only have 7 year olds sitting on the mattress so wear should be minimal.We have now spent more time trying to make the product workable, than using it. Mattress or cushions slide off easily.Overall not a great product and company support isn’t the best.

Review: It’s OK, not great.The Good: We like that it is low to the ground so that our daughter can easily get on and off of it. It is pretty comfortable. The usual plastic/foam smell after unpacking was not too bad and went away quickly. It was easy to put together. It’s a nice little loveseat and works great as a bed when you need it.The Bad: The frame is not very strong. It “gives” a little when you lean back on it and feels like it could break if you weren’t careful. That’s when two adults are sitting on it. The arms could easily break off too, if you’re not careful. It’s really white, not beige.If you’re not too hard on it, I think it can work great for you. But don’t let young boys have their way with it. It won’t last long for anyone who isn’t careful.
