Title: Quiet and easy to program
Review: I’m replacing all the blinds in my RV to these. Let’s start with my pros and cons.Pros: easy to install, blocks out all light from penetrating the curtain fabric, pretty quiet (it is a motor so you can hear it a lil but very lil), runs smoothly up or down, valence covers the frame and curtain roller. Seems well made and sturdy.Cons: instructions cover single remote (or single button on the optional 15 remote) programming. Through trial and error I figured out how to have one shade down/up at a time and all down/up at once. If you have different height windows, as most RV’s do, program the upper and lower stops with the remote it comes with for that particular shade first, then pair the remote you want to operate all the blinds but do not reprogram the upper and lower limit with this remote. This way the upper and lower stops will still be set.Second con is that the supplied single function remote feels a touch lax on fit and finish. There is slight gap from the from face and the housing. Also the remote doesn’t have any form of indexing to know which way is to raise or lower without looking super close at the front or, as I did, I looked at which end the tiny screw is located on the back. Screw end is down. I just made it easier by putting a small circle with a sharpie on the top to know quickly.Overall I am quite happy with these. The price is quite reasonable especially when compared to other brands that do the same thing.I have not installed the solar panels yet where I want to see how long they go before charging is needed. So far after a week, they are still going strong on whatever charge they had from the factoryEdit: the remote that comes with it and the instructions were for the single remote. I received the 15 function remote today and it has “00” channel that operates all at once and the instructions were super clear. I’m super happy with these blinds.

Title: Get them for your whole house.
Review: We had some of these in our old house that were not solar powered and we had to replace batteries all the time. These solar powered ones are 3000% worth the money! They work so well and look so nice! They are easy to install and operate. I love the remote and they seem so durable months later. When closed the space is dark blacking all light. 10/10 recommend

Title: 3rd time replacing
Review: We have ordered these shades in the past with great success, but with this recent purchase we have had to return/replace one 3 times for not working at all straight out the box. We have done all the troubleshooting steps with no results. Going to try returning and ordering one more time and if we get another defective shade we will trash the rest of them and go with a different company.

Title: Work great!
Review: These shades work just like they should. We bought them for our living room windows a few months ago, and we use them pretty much every single day. (By use them I mean we press the remote and they go up and down.) And so far we have not needed to charge any of the batteries that help power and move the blinds up and down. And we also bought a remote that lets us move all, one, or any combination of the blinds up and down as needed. We like to keep the blinds about 6” from the bottom of the windows, mostly so our dog can look out the windows in the morning before we get up. These blinds are really easy to install, too. Only took a drill and some screws, super easy. I would highly recommend these blinds to anyone who wants an easy, quick solution to moving their blinds up and down every day with the simple push of a button. And, they do make a certain sound when they move up or down. It’s a little more loud than we thought it would be, but given what these blinds offer, the sound is not a big deal. Oh, and the price was reasonable, too!!

Title: Hub does not work, but there is a workaround.
Review: Good:- minimal motor noise- Blocks out sunlight really well- Solar Panel charging is awesome.- Easy to install once you figure it out on your own- Ability to precisely customize maximum stop point for opening/closing- works really well with Broadlink RF DeviceBad:- Solar panel came with big scuff marks on it, seems to work well for now, but not sure how it will last down the road- unclear and confusing instructions for installation- no way to contact seller- Seller’s smart hub does not workI bought these together with the hub solely for the sake of being able to have voice activation/automation for my blinds. I had read a few people asking where to get the hub and one bad review saying there were no instructions on setting up the hub and I hoped I I could dismiss them all together as people who maybe hadn’t read the product description thoroughly and did not see that the hub was listed as one of the options if you scroll right on the different sizes for the blinds or did not realize the hub was necessary. I figured maybe the actual blinds didn’t include instructions for the hub, but they would be included with the actual separate hub. I was wrong. The instructions with the blinds include a symbol of the Tuya app and no further information about the Hub other than that it isn’t included. The actual hub included instructions at all. Not a lick of information. The hub is a USB A dongle whereas the port on the curtains are USB C. Am I supposed to get an adapter? Am I supposed to plug it into a power block separately? Who knows?! I ended up plugging it into a power block at which point Tuya app was able to detect it, but not connect to it. With no way to contact the seller for information Amazon said my only option was to return the hub. This almost made the whole point of the blinds moot for me and I almost had to return them as well, but on the product page for a different seller’s blinds I miraculously found a perfect solution. Instead of buying the hub, get a Broadlink RM 4 Pro, it’s a smart universal remote that sends RF frequency signals and works really well with the blinds from a very good range(mine are about 50 feet from the broadlink and in a separate room). The frequency for the remote on mine was 433.85 which might be helpful when setting it up.Overall, could be an amazing product if there was just better communication.
