Title: Bright and works great

Title: Short and to the Point
Review: This is a friendly open sign that welcomes anyone and everyone in its script style font. The bright splash of colors helps bring attention to the sign but you won’t be able to change the brightness as this sign only has a power switch on its 6.5′ USB-A power cord, there’s no dimmer.It’s a great sign that can be hung up on a wall or a window and it has everything you need to do so. This is such a great sign.

Title: Not as described
Review: I ordered this and decided to order another simply because this one has it listed at 5” L x 3” W in the description where the title has it listed as 16.5” by 11.8”. I was concerned I may be getting a tiny sign and that isn’t the case. It’s 16×12 is more accurate! I can say that this is an excellent Neon sign and easy to read even in bright sunlight. So as long as you have a 5V/2A usb plug to power it, you are good. The “suction cups” included did NOT float my boat at all. I put some good strong double sided tape on the back of them. Ended up not needing them though because the chain is a single chain A teacup hook at the top of the window frame does the trick. The sign has two holes for the hooks from the chain to hold it. The nice hours open sign included was appreciated.The colors kind of bleed when on. It isn’t at all like pictured with the Yellow to Pruple with a nice light blue line. Instead it is Red to purple underlined with a deep blue. It is very bland even for a neon light. It’s also worth mentioning, that this one you see the colors even when it’s not powered. I wouldn’t have noticed if the other one wasn’t all white until powered on. I still think it’s a great deal for the price and will certainly attract the eyes of anyone questioning if you are open. But they really need to advertise it properly and true to life. There will be a lot of expectations being followed with disappointments.

Review: This sign has been perfect for my business. The neon is vibrant and catches people’s attention right away, even from a distance. It’s a great way to make sure customers know we’re open, especially during darker evenings. The design looks modern, and the included business hours sign is a nice bonus to keep everything clear for customers. It’s simple to set up and works exactly as expected. I’ve already noticed more people stopping by since putting it up!
