Title: Tiny and versatile — outstanding entry-level robot vacuum!
Review: This may not the the biggest or most powerful robot on the market, but as far as bang-for-the-buck, this is a great buy if you have a smaller home or are new to the robot vacuum world, or maybe just on the fence about inviting a little robotic assistant into your home. My family all likes this little guy, and it’s made cleaning up more fun — I can even get the kids excited to pick up their things if they know the robot is coming out!First Impressions:I’ll start by saying that I love these things, and am a total fan of robotic and AI assistants. I was excited to try this out because it offered the versatility of a vacuum and mop, and would be a good price for keeping on a single floor of our townhouse.When I first opened it, I was really happy to see a simple to use quick start guide. And really, there’s not much to do besides plugging in the base/charging station (not pictured), turning it on, and letting it go to town! The guide walks you through some additional steps to get set up with the app, which is quite helpful as well.What you get:The box comes with the vacuum itself with removeable dustbin/water reservoir, the base station, users manual, a mopping panel with two mopping pads, clever little cleaning tool, two replacement sweepers, and a spare air filter. Everything you would need to do to clean or maintain the machine can be done with minimal use of tools. The roller sweeper pups right out if you need to remove tangled hair, and the sweepers just need a single screw to replace. The air filter is conveniently located in the dustbin. There was also a package of double-sided adhesive and a strip of magnets. I have no idea what these are for, and the manual doesn’t refer to them at all.Using it:Operation is super easy. One button starts the normal sweeping/vacuuming routine. It drives out, and if it bumps into something, it turns and continues on its way. It also has an edge-only cleaning and a spot cleaning routine that can be activate via the remote control. The remote also lets you pause, play, turn the sweepers on and off, or sent it home to charge.Mopping requires a couple extra steps — filling the reservoir with water and attaching the mopping pad — but it takes only a minute to get it set up. Everything easily pops into place. Cleaning it out afterwards is important, though, to ensure it doesn’t build up and gunk or grow mold.The app offers a few extra features, including a map of your floors, and notifications about the status of your robot and its batteries. Very helpful if you want to activate it and monitor progress while away from home.Weaknesses:The 850T isn’t very big, and so the dust bin is limited. I see myself using it more often than I vacuumed before, but with two dogs, it does fill up fast, and the bushes require regular detangling. It also doesn’t have a ton of battery life. While it can get through my whole main level with about 15% charge left to get back to the base station, that doesn’t give it a lot of repeat passes. It’s pattern also isn’t terribly thorough, but due to some built-in randomness, between a couple sessions, it eventually gets everywhere. Sometimes it struggles a little to find the base station, and has gotten stuck once or twice on carpet edges that got folded oddly.Overall, I like this thing a lot. I’m vacuuming more, and feeling relaxed about it. I’m looking forward to building some automated routines to keep it active. You might be able to find a better robot if you’re willing search and spend more, but for the price and size, this is a great buy!

Title: Powerful, versatile, multi-purpose vacuum with mop function. Great performance!
Review: My parents are getting older and I know that it is getting harder for them to clean their apartment. I bought this as a gift for them and they (and I) are thrilled with this vacuum. The ability to vacuum and mop from a single device was a huge factor in my purchase. They like the fact that they only have to use one device for all of their floor cleaning needs. Their apartment has tile floors with some area rugs, and this vacuum works really well in that environment.I visited them to deliver this and we were able to get it set up and running in a very short period of time. My dad is 88 years old, but very tech savvy, so he was able to download the app and set up an account easily. The app is very detailed, and gives you the ability to set custom cleaning “scenes” that you can run on demand. We set up a scene for sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor, and then another one for to sweep their carpeted bedrooms. The app also lets you change settings such as the suction level (quiet, standard, and max suction) and the water flow for mopping. There is also tech support available in the app and product videos to get high-level instruction on how to use. The user’s manual is very well written, so I am confident that my parents are going to be able to get this to work without my being there.This vacuum features 3,000pa (pascals, which is a universal measure of suction) of suction, which is very powerful. My mom was very surprised to see how much dust and dirt was swept up from her “clean” floors! There are three different operating modes: vacuum, mop, and vacuum & mop, and switching modes is simple in the app or with the remote. Once it finishes vacuuming, it will locate the charge base and dock itself to recharge.I am impressed at the variety of ways to control the vacuum: via remote (batteries included!), the app, or a manual clean button on the top of the unit. You can also control the vacuum with Smart Home devices such as Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. This gives my parents the ability to each control the vacuum with their own favorite method (my mom loves telling Alexa to clean the kitchen, while my dad would rather use the app). The level of flexibility and customization makes this an extremely powerful machine.The box contains a lot of gear and includes extra parts: a mop pad, 2 side brushes, and a HEPA filter. I noticed that replacement parts are available on Amazon, so you will be able to keep this working over time.I am very happy with this purchase, as are my parents. This vacuum is a very powerful tool to help my older parents with their housework, and it is easy enough for them to understand how this works. Highly recommend!

Title: Poor suction
Review: Robot vacuum does not have good suction power. It would run for 1 minute and then get stuck due to hair getting stuck on roller. I do not recommend this robot if you get a-lot of hair in your home.

Review: Lo bueno: aspira bien y recoge mucha suciedad. Trapea aceptablemente.Lo malo: no mapea la casa, anda a ciegas y dónde quiera se topa, se cae por las escaleras y le cuesta trabajo encontrar su base de carga.Le dura muy poco la batería (poco más de 50 minutos) y el deposito de polvo es muy pequeño.Puede servir para un cuarto de soltero pero no para una casa con varias habitaciones. No vale la pena el gasto. Hay mejores opciones que hacen mejor trabajo.
