Title: You should buy this fireplace!
Review: You won’t regret buying this fireplace! It’s easy to assemble, beautiful, super sturdy, with great finish and materials, and it looks very expensive. You can use the flame-only function without the heat, and the heat function warms up the room a lot. I’m thrilled! It came super fast! It comes in two separate packages, but after the first one arrived, I requested the tracking number for the second package from the seller, who sent it to me very quickly, and just one day later, I had received both.

Title: Pearl white fireplace
Review: It is a beautiful, I got pearl white , not too shiny or too white and matches my woodwork perfectly. My grandson got it together easily . The heater is great , puts out good warmth with 2 settings , can also enjoy the flame without heat . The flame is a beautiful dancing flame and looks so good especially at night and no noise so far . Remote works and controls are easy to use . The structure itself is well made , very sturdy and so classy looking with generous mantel to decorate for Christmas , it’s just as pictured . I plan on using my speaker for a crackling sound . I love it , don’t put off buying it .

Title: Simply Amazing
Review: This heater is amazing! It was so easy to put together. The instructions were very simple and easy to understand. The heat output is great… it heats my whole livingroom which is approximately 500 square feet. Aside from it’s functionality, it is absolutely beautiful to look at. Overall, this was a great purchase!

Title: VERY HIGH QUALITY FIREPLACE!
Review: I read a few reviews before buying it that said it took forever to put it together and that the screws didn’t align properly, but I had none of these issues. The installation was very smooth, every step was extremely easy! This fireplace is high quality and it looks VERY NICE! It was definitely worth the money! Buy it!!!

Title: Disappointed in color of flame
Review: We received our fireplace quickly after ordering and it was fairly easy to assemble using two people. I love the wooden mantle part of the fireplace. It was packaged well and had no dings or scratches. It is very attractive. I do have one big disappointment with the heater part. It works well, but the logs and flames are solid yellow. On the website it showed some red mixed in with the yellow, which made for a more realistic look. It is almost as though a step was left out when it was manufactured. I have other small fireplace heaters that when turned on the logs have red in them which makes them look more realistic. Had it not been for that, I would have rated it five.

Title: Splendid heater!
Review: As you can see from photo, my little project is underway, but I had to see what this faux fireplace space heater was going to look like in the space! Should be a cute cottage room when I’m done! This was the perfect addition for a tiny room with no heat! It will be a lovely and WARM ‘she-shed’ when complete!

Title: Piece of Junk ! Do NOT purchase this fireplace!
Review: This electric fireplace is pretty to look at and arrived in good time. However, after 5 1/2 weeks it stopped working completely. We followed the directions in the handbook and called their customer service.It has now been one month of a constant run around. They sent us a new “motherboard” and expected us to have it installed which we did. The new “motherboard” provided a flame but no heat, no blower.We have had multiple texts with the company. They have asked for videos which we have sent. We are continuously told “They understand our frustration but as customer service representatives they have limitations and their headquarters is in another country (gee, which one??) The company is currently closed but theywill get back to us and will follow up.” This is the same message we get over and over.We are filing a claim with the Amazon credit card as well as Amazon. Amazon customer service is usually excellent so I expect something will be resolved. But people….stay clear of this product and this company!

Title: Get it !
Review: If you’re hesitant don’t be it’s perfect! I was worried about the color and the size and wasn’t going to buy it and then my husband decided to get it for us! It took 30 mins to put together very easy my husband did it by himself. I got the cream color and I love it ! It’s the perfect size looks smaller in pictures. It is quiet, the remote control is easy, heat output is great and has two levels! You won’t be disappointed!
