Title: Excellent for the Price
Review: I first tried a Cheap Pair to see if I could even wear this Type of hearing aid, and I could, But it took about 2 weeks to get used to them{I have small ear Canals}. My only real complaint was some excess Noise. So with their Claimed Add, of noise reduction, and Low Price, I tried these Hearing Aids, and am Very Pleased with them, the Excess Noise is gone, and because these Units are a Hair Larger it took about 1 Week to get used to them. the pickup audio is easy to adjust, But also easy to Mis-adjust, so watch how you put them in your ear{Minor Complaint}. But for the Low Price, I do recommend these Hear5ing aids.

Title: Very Good Amplifiers for OTC
Review: I purchased these after my prescription hearing aids broke, and I desperately needed something better than the standard OTC amplifiers.I have moderate to slightly severe hearing loss in each ear, and these were nearly as effective as the $5000 dollar pair I had for several years. While not a custom fit, the 5 different settings are pretty good overall. As long as they are charged, they should last a full day and recharge relatively quickly (I believe 2 hours). These are good value, while they may not be highly sophisticated, they have been working for me very well and happy with the purchase.My right amplifier went static-y after about 6 months and the replacement was covered by the protection plan. Overall happy with my purchase and service.

Title: Great Value, Good design, Easy to Use, Great to Hear Again!
Review: My hearing has been getting to the point that was isolating me from family and work. I live in a rural community that is at least an hour away from an audiologist and wanted to explore the OTC options available online. The Saturn I purchased made me realize to what degree my hearing loss had become without having to travel a great distance to see a provider. I’ve been amazed as to what I am able to hear again; from whispers and everyday noises that we take for granted to fully understanding what people are saying.The Saturn is very affordable. The comfort level was good, once I had refitted it to the smaller pair of ear domes provided. Recharging is easy. Be aware that these dock into the charger magnetically and a small LED next to each hearing aid compartment will light when they are placed correctly. The volume level adjustment is a little tricky because of the button’s size. They are very small and are actuated by pushing to cycle through each level. I had an issue with this aspect and reached out to their customer support by email which they responded within 6 hours. They provided me repair or replacement options and reminded me that they are warranted for 1 year from purchase. I am very happy that I purchased these.
