Title: Works Great–provides Peace of Mind
Review: Got this for my husband who has hydrocephalus and is prone to falls. Set up was easy and pricing was reasonable. The monthly fee is well worth my peace of mind.We selected this SOS wrist unit because it auto dials and auto answers if the emergency button is pushed. We also like the GPS tracking feature. We do not need a gio fence at this time, but if we ever do, it is nice to know we have the capability.My husband pushed the number 2 button by mistake on the 2nd day he wore the unit. It almost instantaneously called my niece. She checked to make sure he had not fallen and did not need medical assistance. Then she called me to say how great it worked.I would definitely purchase from this store if we ever needed another unit. I am very satisfied with this unit and the services it provides.

Review: I was not able to set this product up the person on the phone was hard to understand and I’m very unhelpful the plan seemed expensive as well so there it sits in a drawer

Title: Easy to use.
Review: We like the product, it gives me and our loved ones the peace of mind, and we get a notice if anything happens. the wrist band is always with her and will be able to contact in case of an emergency.

Title: Elder tracker wrist device
Review: This seemed like a good option, but it was difficult to set up, the instructions were vague. I called Customer Service for assistance and left on hold for an excessive period, so I hung up. The third of calling with waiting I called Tech Support and discovered that telephone number was a “ non working” number. So I returned the device.

Review: Works on T Mobile which has terrible coverage in our area. We fooled with it trying to get it to work until it was past the return deadline, and company did not offer to refund any of their monthly charges.

Review: This is just what I was looking for , a little piece of mind when I’m at work knowing my mom can reach me if she doesn’t have her phone in hand. Monthly fee affordable watchnis kinda big for her frail arms but she can handle it being on while I’m at work .

Review: I purchased this product to use for my aging in case she falls down etc. the product did not active so I contacted their support. I was told this product needs a roaming plan for use outside of USA and their roaming plans are 2x as expensive as described on posting.
