Review: So excited to have these recipes in a book!!I’ve followed shred happens on Instagram and have made many of the recipes, which are all beautiful, protein packed, flavorful, and delicious!!Arash shares his journey at the beginning of the book, which is honest, thoughtful, and inspiring!!The book is beautifully photographed!The recipes are simple to follow, using aromatic spices, that take each dish to the next level.I bought this book for myself and for my daughter, on the same day she bought the book for herself and for me. We were so excited for the release, that we ordered on its release date. We will just have to gift the extra book, to a deserving person. Thanks for my new favorite cookbook!

Title: Love to eat? You will love this cookbook!
Review: I stumbled across Arash on Instagram last year and was wowed by his food and quickly developed a bit a crush for his kindness and beautiful spirit. This cookbook is the absolute embodiment of all those things and should be a go-to for all people who eat. Not just those looking for low carb or high protein or those looking to eat healthy, but for all people who want to eat delicious food. The recipes are simple, they are fast, they are delicious and as an added bonus, they also happen to be really healthy. Each recipe is just a few simple ingredients and come together quickly. The photos are amazing and Arash’s kind spirit and love of food are contagious.

Title: Delicious recipes coming in hot!
Review: This cookbook is beautiful and finding recipes and ingredients in it is easy. I made the mug cake last night, it was hands down the best low carb mug cake I’ve ever had. I’ve been cooking Arash’s recipes for years now, they are straightforward and easy to master. I’m always surprised at how good things turn out and I’ve been introduced to a world of easy to find spices that I never used previously. The cookbook easily transfers his tone and guidance in every single step. Not to mention that his take on low carb, high protein food is truly life saving! Check it out.

Title: A gem!
Review: Okay, people…..I just received this cookbook which I preordered, to add to my abundance collection of cookbooks and this one stands out!!! I’ve been following this author for this past year on YouTube and I LOVE ALL his recipes that I have tried. His food is so healthy (number one ) while being so packed with flavor and delicious! Isn’t that what it is all about? Arash uses simple spices so well and now we can too! The book itself is filled with gorgeous photos to accompany most recipes which is inspiring, and the recipes are so clearly written and easy to follow. Thank you, Arash for all you have so generously taught us through YouTube and now THIS GEM!!! I’m excited! See you later, gotta get cookin’!

Review: I got my book last night and cooked up a power chicken bowl . My family loved it . It was delicious and “ so easy , so good!”. I was expecting a decent cookbook but I got so much more . I got to be a part of Arash’s story . He shares beautiful family pictures , and his journey to where he is today is so inspirational . I’m also deeply thankful that although soups are not part of this cookbook , it is thanks to Arash’s super high protein soup recipes that he shares on line I am able to feed my mother with Alzheimer’s high quality and delicious foods. Thank you from the bottom of my heart .

Review: I’ve been following Arash on Instagram for a while and have loved his recipes, so I was excited to get my hands on this cookbook. Title: Beautiful cook book, delicious recipes
Review: Beautiful cook book with delicious recipes! Instructions are written in a clear and concise way and easy to follow. The visually very appealing layout and excellent food photography make it fun to browse. And the recipes…oh, the possibilities 🙂 The Green Goddess dip is divine! The ricotta-lemon filling can also be turned into a scrumptious dessert with raspberries, dark chocolate and mint leaves. Decadent 🙂 I bought this book for myself having followed the author on Instagram for a while liking his cooking but this is one of the few cook books I’d enjoy giving as a gift.

Title: Your new Mediterranean staple
Review: Shred Happens: So Easy, So Good is a beautifully presented launch into the person and journey of Arash Hashemi. The text is easy to follow and the photographs compel the reader to make every recipe.Mr. Hashemi has presented a reputable cookbook for all food lovers, health conscious or otherwise. As this book was inspired by his pilgrimage to health, a missed opportunity for the target audience it’s marketed to, is not including the nutritional information per serving. Perhaps in your 2nd edition, Mr. Hashemi? I also see a future in you producing and marketing your spice blends and sauces. Welcome home.
