Title: WON’T REFUND ME
Review: Avoid this company. I returned this item two months ago and it hasn’t been “received,” so I’m not getting a refund. I returned it along with multiple other items, and I have the receipt from UPS with the tracking numbers, so this is just ridiculous. P.S. don’t use any similar pad alarm with a pacemaker unless you put it over 6 inches away from the pacemaker so there’s no magnetic interference. DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

Title: Would have given it 5 stars but…
Review: The product worked very well after I figured out what kind of battery to use (9v) as it doesn’t say anywhere on the packaging or instructions. Quality control needs a little work, though. There were no screws in the packaging for the mounting clips, so the devise is currently sitting on the night stand. Hence the 4 stars, rather than 5.

Title: Excellent Prodcut
Review: We’ve had this product for about a week. So far it works great and has been exactly what we were looking for! My mother is an 82 y/o dementia patient who is a fall risk. The alarm was easy to install and works great when she’s attempting to get out of bed unassisted. It’s VERY loud, which is a good thing, because I can hear it from other parts of the house without even having a baby monitor or anything else present.

Title: Too sensitive, had to return
Review: I had high hopes for this product. My father-in-law is weak from brain cancer but the dementia-like symptoms keep him from realizing that he doesn’t have the strength to get out of bed so he tries and falls overnight. Unfortunately this pad was far too sensitive and, while it was positioned under his rear end like the directions indicate, it went off every time he shifted or rolled in bed. It didn’t last a whole night on the bed before my mother-in-law got fed up and unplugged it.
