Title: A Great Choice for Those Who No Longer Can Handle Smartphone Dexterity
Review: We have been quite happy with this landline phone to replace a smart phone that was just beyond the ability of our family member in hospice care. As it turns out, the photo storage and internet access weren’t really high on the list for someone who just wants to talk to family and friends daily or even multiple times daily. Super easy for the caregiver to program, and easy to use for the person who has lost a lot of hand dexterity. For folks of a certain age, using a desk phone like this comes quite naturally, as this is how they used phones for decades before our smartphone era. I just turned those photos on the buttons over, and printed in big, bold lettering the first initial of their six most often called people; then programed the button to call when pressed. Of course, all the usual functions of a landline phone are available — dialing direct, taking incoming calls, volume adjustment, etc. In all, very pleased with this phone.

Title: Customer Service/Tech Support Non-Existent
Review: Edited 1/1/25: Trying to get tech support to help us retrieve stored messages. The instructions say to press *98, but that only results in an error message. Have tried calling tech support several days now. They only have an answering machine and say they will call back. Tough luck if you miss their call. I have called them back several times with detailed question, asking them to please leave me a voice mail or write an email, but nothing. No website or other assistance. DO NOT recommend.Earlier review: Instead of using color photos, I printed black and white icons for front desk, nursing services, their grown kids – easier to see than color photos on printer paper. This cord is long enough to stretch from the table to the LazyBoy. Good sound quality. This phone works reliably. One of the buttons stopped working for a couple of days until I could get there and reprogram it. Not sure if Mom or Dad had pressed it too hard or what… but it was simple to reprogram and it works perfectly. The steps to program each button are a little counter-intuitive — the dial tone keeps sounding as you’re entering the numbers, so it might sound as if you’re doing something wrong. But follow the directions and it works. We will probably order a second one.

Title: Picture phone
Review: This product works too well😂. We got my Mom this phone for her to be able to call. The picture in lieu of the numbers work well. The product is made of good material.

Title: Unsure how much it’s going to last.
Review: The last phone we got only worked for less than 2 weeks before it stopped working. We are going to try to use the same model of phone again. We liked the features that it has but we see if it will work longer

Title: A Good Option
Review: As my family member’s abilities declined over the past couple of years, smart phones and then regular land-line type phones became too difficult for her to use. With its pictured dialing option, this phone is perfect for her and she can dial easily. Setup is easy, as is adding the photos. I recommend this phone.

Review: If you have a person in your life with dementia and they are having trouble using the phone (which they may sometimes mistake for the TV channel changer, and vice versa,) this phone is a miracle. Great quality for sound (talking and hearing), very easy to use, and best of all, my mom can finally call me without involving the operator or her neighbours.Instead of a photo, we just wrote our names on masking tape and added to the one-touch dial, and it worked.Only flag is the product details suggest that if you don’t have Voip you don’t need to plug in the phone. We found that without the extra power, the phone was inconsistently wonky: would not hang up/ would not answer when ringing/ no dial tone. When We bought and added the electric plug, all the trouble went away.Highly recommend. My mom is so much less stressed out now as she has confidence that she can call us.

Review: Bought for my mother, who is getting a little forgetful.Easy to program once you decide which are the appropriate instructions to follow.Photo buttons are great, and you can use the punched out card stock (used for the generic packaged photos) for picture sizing when creating your own photos.A true speakerphone feature would have been nice.Packaged instructions indicate you need to include, minimally, an 11 digit format when entering phone numbers (country code & area code & phone number, I presume). The website download instruction are different, and do not mention the number of digits required. I did enter the phone numbers using the 11 digit format, but could not connect locally, so I deleted all but the actual phone number for local calls (which is normal for a corded phone). Worked fine after that. I will update review if the saved numbers delete themselves as others reviewers have noted. The phone is said to be desk or wall mount, but the wall mount is not compatible with a common telephone jack plate as they have not designed a recess into the phone for the raised telephone jack profile, or to accommodate extra phone cord. Shorter cords can be purchased, but a recess or cable caddy would still assist in cord storage. Instructions only indicate screw and wall plug mounting. This seems like a failed design feature that has been provided in any wall compatible phones I have had previously. I would surmise most people with a high mounted wall phone jack would want to use the wall jack rather than screw the phone to the wall adjacent to the jack.

Review: What a relief to find a solution for a senior parent losing the ability to dial a phone. Small numbers be gone! This phone has big easy to read numbers. Easy to install pictures into the slots to make it even easier to contact friends. Volume is excellent, ring tone is pleasant.
