Title: Easiest Cleanse Ever!
Review: This is a great cleanse. I was concerned honestly because the cleanse is 14 days, but it really was not that difficult to complete. Throughout the 14 days, I did not experience any cravings. The great thing about this book, is that the smoothie and dinner recipes are both tasty and fulfilling, so you won’t be hungry doing this cleanse. In addition to that, typically with the keto diet, a lot of people eat very unhealthy, I like that this cleanse is both healthy and tasty. The instructions in this book are clear and easy to follow, there is a chart for you to plan out your smoothies, snack, and meal for the 14 days. My favorite smoothie is the Coconut Almond Keto Smoothie and my favorite dinner recipe was the Turkey Chili. I don’t eat seafood or pork, and there were still so many recipes to choose from, so keep that in mind if you have a similar diet. I loved the support we received while doing this cleanse via the 10 day Green Smoothie Cleanse FaceBook group. This cleanse will be a staple in my regimen. My face and stomach puffiness reduced a lot from doing this cleanse. 10/10 I recommend!

Title: Love this plan and the journey
Review: I love the smoothies, snacks, and the meals. Intermittent fasting is the truth and it’s how I ate in my glory days when I was at my fittest! This is my second time doing this plan. This time after the 14 days, I will stop counting the days and keep going.

Title: The Best Cleanse Yet!
Review: I have been a follower of JJ Smith’s programs since about 2017. I’ve done several of the cleanses, such as the 10-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse and the ACV Cleanse. If you follow her instructions in the books, you will get results. However, this latest cleanse, the 14 Day New Keto Cleanse, is the best one yet! I’m only on Day 5, and as of yesterday, I am down roughly 9 pounds! The keto smoothies are very filling and have less sugar than the smoothies used in prior cleanses. The recipes provided are delicious and healthy and relatively easy to make. If you’ve ever tried the 10-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse and thought that it was hard, this cleanse is for you. I am not hungry on it and I can eat more than just a salad or veggies. As JJ says, “We eating good, y’all!” Try it and thank me later! I have included some pictures of some of the recipes that I have prepared from the book in this review.

Title: A nice intro to ketosis, with tasty smoothie and meal recipes
Review: In the Introduction Smith explains some of the goals of the book. She notes that chronic inflammation is a big problem in the modern world, especially if you are trying to lose weight. Smith’s approach with this book is to combine the health benefits of ketosis with the nutritional benefits of her famous green smoothies, with the result being increased fat loss.In the first few chapters Smith covers some basic information to get started. She gives an overview of ketosis and why people have problems staying in ketosis. She outlines her “Four Pillars” : Keto smoothies, Fat-Burning Meals, Intermittent Fasting, and Tabata exercise.Chapter 4 lists the meal plans for Week 1 and Week 2; including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Chapter 5 lists the smoothies recipes, with eleven recipes in total. Chapter 6 includes the “Low-carb Fat-burning recipes”, with 19 total meal recipes, and ten snack recipes. Each recipe also includes the number of servings, and a picture of the finished product. The last few chapters contain some extra tips to maximize weight loss, answers to frequently asked questions, and testimonials.Overall, I feel like this book is a decent starting point for people that want to ease into the keto diet, but it is also fairly basic and a little light on the science. I have tried a few of the recipes, and I don’t have any complaints there, as the smoothies were delicious and fairly easy to make. Keep in mind that this is somewhat of an introduction to ketosis, and I’m not sure if this amount of carbs is going to be low enough for everyone to stay in ketosis long term; but if you love smoothies and are just starting out, this might help you on your weight loss journey.

Title: ASTONISHING GOODNESS
Review: I don’t usually review authors of “how to do it” books but this gal deserves some serious credit for being a mindful, skilled and realistic nutritionist. We started her theory of this Keto cleanse this week and all we have to say is everything she claims or teaches is SOLID. We are so thankful for a real expert guiding our family to a better life of eating for health instead of wallowing in carb comas like the majority of our country. Don’t hesitate one minute to purchase this to get started…..and by the way…….the recipes are phenomenal and are simple, YUMMY, economical, practical and friendly.

Title: Easy and effective
Review: Love the recipes and lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks…and I was not hungry. The Intermittent fasting was easier than I thought. The only thing I didn’t do was the recommended exercises. I also substituted their recommended snacks with a cup of my KETO coffee since I need that to keep me going. I probably could have lost more if more if followed exactly. Shakes are great with so many variety. Definitely recommend

Title: Hard to use without buying more proprietary ingredients
Review: This book is okay. It gives what looks like some good smoothie recipes, but a lot of the ingredients are “only available” through the authors website. I’m not a fan of that. Basically it’s a lot of hype about how great the program works, then you’re shot in the foot when you can’t go to the store and get started.

Review: A lot of nonsense has been spouted in the nutrition arena, but the keto craze is hard to top.It just doesn’t matter if you’re eating carbs or not, in the end it’s the calorie count that counts. If you only eat carbohydrates without fat and burn more calories than you take in, you will lose fat (I tested it myself on a 3-week hike where I only ate carbohydrates without fat and lost more weight than ever before ). I also recommend the youtube video by Dr. Greger “Keto Diet Results for Weight Loss”

Review: The shakes were beyond horrible, I only found 2 recipes in the whole book that I actually liked.I did not feel for the price of the book it was worth keeping. The other thing I did not like was there was no break down about how many calories or carbs or anything after each recipe. The author definately does not understand the concept of Keto, very disappointed. I returned the book

Review: i’m very disappointed 🙁 i switched to the keto lifestyle 2 years ago not just for weight loss but also because I feel so much better on it. i’ve been in a cooking rut lately, & bought this book with hopes it would give me a few new recipe ideas. however, many of the recipes in this book call for some non-keto items such as: bananas, panko bread crumbs, beans, & vanilla yogurt. i mean the recipes sound delicious but i wouldn’t ever consider this keto.
