Review: The straps are nice to keep everything in place and the timers are great to set it and forget it.I have severe arthritis in my shoulder and I’m currently waiting for my surgery date to arrive. Whatever the scientific reasoning may be, I am totally happy with the results.The weighted shape fits to the curves of my back and shoulders and the heat seems to penetrate better and deeper than the old heating pad. It’s not going to eliminate the need for surgery but while I wait, it sure makes me feel a lot more comfortable.I would highly recommend this to anyone who has upper back pain or neck pain.

Title: Wow. It feels so good.
Review: I bought this for my wife. She fell, cracked a vertebrae in her neck, spent six weeks in a cervical collar and got the collar off about two weeks ago. Her neck was stiff and sore. Her regular heating pad helped. This one is like a miracle. It stays in place and provides deep heat to her neck and shoulders. In addition to six temperature settings, the auto-off feature has four settings ranging from 30 minutes to 120 minutes. The fabric was very comfortable. If it had a massage feature, weâd have given it six stars. Two other pluses – itâs hand and machine washable and it comes with well written instructions. She loves it.
