Title: Very pleased!
Review: Bought for an elderly family member that lives alone with poor vision and hearing. We love the loudness of the ringer along with good quality sound, especially on the handset. Speaker phone works better than most.It’s also nice that the phone lights up when it rings. Not sure how much he’ll use the answering machine on it, but it’s set up well so he can listen to messages with a single button. Turning the answering machine on and off is also simple and easy for him to memorize that button. He has a “big button” wall phone as well, but we need him to keep a phone on him and this one’s perfect. Fits in his pocket well. Locator ringer and flashing lights will make life a little less frustrating when he can’t remember where he left it in the garage.We’ve only had it for a month, so we’re hoping it continues to work for a long time for him. We have a similar Panasonic phone system that’s been working great with excellent range for 10 years now.

Title: The phone simply did not work
Review: All the parts were there and looked clean. But I consistently got the message, “check the telephone line.” I tried using other connectors to no avail. I could not even get a dial tone. I can only assume thyat these refurbish;ed phones are not checked verycarefully.

Review: I got this for my father who is hard of hearing and has worked out wonderful. Comes with many extra features but we don’t use all of them. Voice is nice and clear and I love how it tells you who is calling. This was a great purchase.
